Our story

We built this company on the jobs nobody else wanted.

V3 Syntropy started in Lago Vista taking the work other contractors turned down. Rock, slope, thick cedar, and no way in. Eight years on, you still get an owner on site.

It's a family owned land clearing company, run by a husband and wife team who put their own time and name into every project. David's route into this work wasn't handed to him. He left home young and learned early how to work, adapt and build something from the ground up, and that's still how the company reads a property. Look at what's actually there, work out the practical path, and be straight about what it will take.

Today we clear, grade, excavate, drain, haul and prep across Austin and the Texas Hill Country, from quarter acre lots to multi acre sites. Licensed and insured, with a certificate available on request.

The name

syn·tro·py: /ˈsɪntrəpi/ · noun; The opposite of entropy. Order emerging from disorder.

Left alone, land drifts toward chaos. Brush closes in, drives wash out, slopes give way. Our job is running that in reverse.

It's also why we look at what your land already has, rock, soil, timber, before we haul anything off and truck new material in.
