Tell us about your property
You don't need to know what to call the work. Describe what's going on out there and we'll figure out the practical path forward.
Free estimate · About two minutes · An owner reads every request
- Free and no obligation
- You talk to the owners
- A practical scope, not a guess
- Photos usually enough – site visit if needed
What makes a useful photo
Four shots and we can usually skip the site visit.
- A wide shot of the whole area you want worked
- The access point – gate, driveway, or where a truck would come in
- Anything unusual – exposed rock, standing water, old structures
- A close shot of the worst part
Surveys, site plans, permit documents, and reference images are welcome too. Everything you send is used only to prepare your estimate.
What happens next
Five steps, and none of them is a sales call.
-
We read it
Usually the same day. An owner, not an inbox.
-
A short call if needed
Only to fill gaps – a photo, a measurement, an access question.
-
A site walk if the land is complex
Free, and worth it on rocky, sloped, or hard-to-reach property.
-
Your estimate
A practical scope and a real price – what we'd do, in what order.
-
Scheduling around you
Dates you can plan around, and owners who answer while it runs.
You'll hear back within one business day. Complex land, demolition, and hauling jobs usually need a call before an accurate number – we'd rather be right than fast.
Before you send it
Straight answers
If the answer isn't here, it's a two-minute call. You'll get one of the owners, not a call centre.
-
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Estimates and the initial consultation cost nothing, and there is no obligation after you get one.
-
Will I get called repeatedly?
No. We reply once, and follow up only if a detail is missing before we can finish the estimate. You'll get one of the owners, not a call centre.
-
What if I don't know what service I need?
That is the normal case. Pick “I don't know what this work is called” at the top of the form, describe what the property is doing, and we'll work out the scope.
-
What if my property is outside your area?
We are based in Lago Vista and work across Austin, the Texas Hill Country and the wider state. Ask anyway — we take jobs further afield when the scope justifies the move.
-
How fast will I hear back?
Within one business day, usually the same day. Complex land, demolition and hauling jobs normally need a short call before an accurate number.
-
Do I have to upload photos?
No, but four shots will usually save a site visit. Surveys, site plans, permit documents and reference images are welcome too.
